New update of Evernote brings integration with Skitch
The update for note syncing service Evernote for free and premium level apps for iPhone and iPads is already available. It is worth it to download the update now, because of the significant improvements and multitasking capabilities that the update provides. The note syncing service boasts synced shortcuts and the most exciting part – integration with Skitch that makes it easy to mark up images and PDF files and a new notes tool.
The new update of Evernote is 5.4. It will make the navigation through the apps and the editing of the notes easier than ever. For first time you can use the advantages of the two significant products of the company, Skitch and Evernote thanks to their integration that comes with the update. Some of the features are available for the premium subscriptions holders only, like the possibility to mark up embedded PDFs. They can create a note and then turn it into a PDF file that can be edited in Skitch and after that users can save the edited document in Evernote. The Skitch app is free for download – from here.
What else is improved with the update? Users will enjoy an improved “Shortcuts” (you have seen it before as Favorites) where they can save notes, tags, notebooks and even searched to a central hub. The hub can be easily accessed from a tab, located at the bottom of every app displayed on the screen. The important documents marked with a star go automatically to Shortcuts and instantly become synced across all the phones and tablets that are connected to the certain account of the user.
The important documents are easily accessible at any time and so are the recently opened notes. You can find the notes displayed at the bottom of each open note page. Evernote definitely makes the multi-tasking more convenient than ever. There are more features for the premium users, like an access to Related Notes that helps them to search notes and content through the saved and present notes etc.
Evernote 5.4 update brings a new section for company announcements. It enables users to submit support requests from the app. The free Evernote is compatible for iOS platforms only. It can be downloaded for free from here from the App Store.
