The Xiaomi 12T series was officially unveiled
Xiaomi unveiled the Xiaomi 12S smartphone earlier this year. Given that it included a 1-inch Sony camera sensor, it was a really amazing phone, but it appears that the business is back with a newer version in the form of the Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro.
The Xiaomi 12T, the entry-level model, uses the Dimensity 8100 Ultra chipset from MediaTek and has a 6.67-inch CrystalRes AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. HDR10+ is supported, and the resolution is 2712 x 1220. It also sports a triple camera configuration on the back, with a 20MP front-facing selfie camera and 108MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera.
The higher-end model of the series, the Xiaomi 12T Pro, will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset rather than a MediaTek chipset. In terms of cameras, it will have a Samsung 200MP main camera, with the same display size and 120Hz refresh rate as the standard model. A 20MP front-facing camera, an 8MP ultrawide, and two 2MP macro cameras are also included.
Both phones have 5,000mAh batteries and utilize Xiaomi’s Smart 120W HyperCharge charging technology, which enables a 19-minute charge from zero to one hundred percent. The Xiaomi 12T will cost 599 Euros, while the Xiaomi 12T Pro will cost 749 Euros, if you’re interested in either device.
