Sonos releases a new Sub Mini subwoofer that is more affordable
Subwoofers are among the speaker products Sonos has produced. Unfortunately, the business’s current model is somewhat pricey, so we can imagine that some Sonos fans might have been excited when rumors first surfaced that the company might be working on a less priced variant.
Given that Sonos has now unveiled their newest subwoofer, the Sonos Sub Mini, which has a considerably lower price tag, it appears that the reports were accurate. Although the Sub Mini is less expensive, this does not imply that the firm has sacrificed functionality.
Dual force-cancelling woofers will be included to help provide that low-end sound without any buzzing or distortion. Additionally, it supports Sonos Trueplay (which regrettably remains an iOS-only feature), and it integrates smoothly with other Sonos products so you can connect it to other Sonos speakers for a more immersive audio experience.
It costs $429 if the new Sonos Sub Mini sounds like a subwoofer you would be interested in. While $429 isn’t exactly cheap, it is less expensive than the other Sonos subwoofers available, so it might be a decent place to start if you’re on a smaller budget but still want to improve your speaker system’s low-end performance.
