Motorola Droid Ultra and Motorola Droid Mini dressed in white attire at Verizon
They are the same Moto-X-class devices and nothing has changed in terms of specs and pricing
Three days ago some rumors have tipped that Motorola Droid mini will arrive in white. As usual, @evleaks rumors appear to be true, as it came clear today. Right now, in the early hours of Black Friday, both Motorola Droid Ultra and Motorola Droid Mini arrived in white attire on Verizon’s online store.
Basically, they are the same Moto-X-class devices and the pricing hasn’t changed. You can get a white Droid Ultra from Verizon for $99 with a two-year contract for $18.97payment per month or for $449.99 right on the spot without attaching to a plan. Same goes for its smaller sibling Droid Mini in white. It remains $49.99 with $16.81 monthly payment if you chose a contract deal or get it outright for $399.99.
The smartphones’ specs remain the same as we know them. Motorola Droid Ultra is a 5-incher with a display resolution of 1280×720 pixels and density of 294ppi. It features a splendid 10-megapixel LED flash auto focus rear camera and 2-megapixel front-facing camera. In terms of hardware, it’s powered by a dual-core processor at 1,7GHz with 2GB of RAM. The internal storage is 16GB, however there’s no microSD card slot for storage expansion and this might be the only cons of the devices. It runs Jelly Bean. As for the connectivity, the device supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and USB.
Its smaller sibling Motorola Droid Mini also arrives with Jelly Bean and it can be updated to Android 4.4 KitKat soon. It has 4.3-inch LCD display with 720p resolution and 342ppi density. It operates with a dual-core CPU coated at 1.7GHz with 2GB of RAM on board. Again, it has 16GB integrated storage with no microSD card slot, but the device stands out with a great for its class camera. It’s a 10-megapixel rare cam with 2-megapixel front shooter for video calls. The device also includes a 2000mAh battery.
