Galaxy S23 Plus and S23 Ultra battery information leaks
In accordance with its predecessors, Samsung’s Galaxy S22 Ultra offered a good 5,000mAh battery earlier this year. The Galaxy S22 Plus’ 4,500mAh battery, nevertheless, was a little drop from the Plus phone from the previous year.
The Galaxy S23 Plus and S23 Ultra’s battery capacity information has now reportedly been revealed by Dutch outlet Galaxy Club. And it appears to be good news, especially for the Plus variant.
According to the publication, the Galaxy S23 Plus’s battery has a rated capacity of 4,565mAh but a normal capacity of 4,700mAh. The S22 Plus, in contrast, had a usual capacity of 4,500mAh and a rated capacity of 4370mAh.
A usual battery capacity for the Galaxy S23 Ultra is 5,000mAh, but its rated capacity is 4,855mAh (in line with the S22 Ultra). Even if there may not be any upgrades, a 5,000mAh battery is still sizable for a flagship device. We believed the S22 Ultra’s battery life to be average, so maybe Samsung will be able to get more life out of the S23 Ultra’s battery.
