Verizon Cloud storage service at App Store
The cloud storage of Verizon was recently released for Android in a beta version. Now it has been released in the Apple App Store too, available for users of smartphones that run iOS.
What are the advantages of the Verizon’s Cloud-based service? The application enables you to store data and information from your phone, such as contacts, logs, messages, music, video, logs etc. The app is not equally available for all users. The iOS version provides more limited features. Users of iOS are not able to sync contacts, call logs or text messages. The other advantages of the app should work smoothly. You can access all the information you have stored on the cloud space, like documents, contacts and music from your computer for example or use the information to restore your data in case you lose your phone.
Users who want to use the service will get 500MP storage for free. Those who like it a lot can upgrade their cloud storage to 25 GB for just $2.99 per month or to the impressive 125GB for $9.99 per month.
What can you use Verizon Cloud for? You can back up information from your phone, like contacts, photos, videos etc. You can also share content with your friend, stream music and backup files from the hard drive of your computer. There are easy to use Verizon’s Backup Assistant and Backup Assistant Plus to help you to get the most of this service. The Verizon Cloud is available at the App Store.
The new service provided by Verizon is great, although the users already have a variety of options for cloud storage to choose from. One of the alternatives is the iCloud for example.
