Sony Xperia X (Odin) – a dual-SIM version of Xperia Z (Yuga)?

As you already know, the Xperia Z, formerly known as the Yuga, is expected to launch in mid-January 2013, following its official introduction at CES. Here’s yet more news concerning its brother, the Xperia X (Odin), also expected early next year, though Odin seems thicker and heavier than the Yuga.

Xperia Blog via Vietnamese site SE-Cafe reported that the Xperia X is basically the dual-SIM version of the Xperia Z, and we wouldn’t be surprised if that were the case. Also according to that site, the back of the Odin will have a textured (and even striped pattern) similar to the Sony Xperia E dual; a small cover on the back of the handset will allow you to hot swap the microSD memory card and SIM card, and the front camera will be placed at the bottom-right of the handset.

Nothing is official yet! We shall have to wait for CES 2013 to find out more details about the Yuga and the Odin flagship handsets.
