Sony Honami leaked in a set of new photos
The next flagship Sony Honami has leaked again, just a few days after the previous images showing the device placed between the Sony Xperia Z and the Xperia Z Ultra. The new images confirmed the previous leak and its now 100% sure that the Sony Honami will be bigger than the Xperia Z, but smaller than Xperia Z Ultra. The new set of four images shows the black phone Sony Honami in different angles. The picture showing the back side of the handset confirms that it is identical to the previous leaked image. Importantly, the images confirm that Sony has used metal (probably aluminum) instead of glass or plastic.
We could also see that the Sony Honami is a slim device that is likely to have a small bezel, but we can confirm that if we see a clearer picture of the display. There is a front speaker and a rear camera with flash light and IR blaster. On the right side of the device can be found an on/off switcher, a dedicated camera button and dock pins on the left side of the device. Visible also are the headset jack and the microSD slot.
At the moment there is no official information about the Sony Honami, but we expect something to be announced at the next press event in Paris on July 4. There is a big chance of Sony Xperia Z Ultra to be also introduced at that event next month. Another rumored new model will be the upgraded Sony Xperia Z, which is currently in the works. We will wait to see whether the Sony Honami or the Sony Xperia Z Ultra will be made official on that date. Check out our news section for more information.
