SM-T905 Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has once again appeared in a shipping manifest
Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 will be announced alongside with the other three anticipated Pro models
Few days ago, the SM-T900/T905 showed up in shipping in an Indian import site and suggested the tablet to arrive in Wi-Fi and LTE variants. According to the speculations that that are going around the web for at least a month, the model number of T900/905 is most likely to indicate the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2.
Apparently, the tablet has appeared once again, this time in a shipping manifest listed as a 12.2-incher which pretty much confirms the earlier statements. Unfortunately, unlike the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, there aren’t many details on this one, except for the fact that some firmware for the mobile device is already available on Samsung’s servers.
This only means that the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 will be announced alongside with the other three anticipated Pro models: Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 and Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1. As we established earlier, the new tablets will brag with much better specs, so we expect the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 to enter the high-end range with 2560×1600 pixels display and to operate with at least a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 or the octa-core Exynos with 2GB of RAM. If we take the leaked specs of the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 into consideration, the 12.2- incher should be also running the latest Android version KitKat and to feature at least an 8-megapixel rare-facing camera.
Of course, none of this has been officially confirmed yet, so we’ll have to wait until CES 2014 or MWC 2014 in order to finally have the first glimpse at all the four upcoming Samsung tablets in full detail, launch date and pricing.
Aside from that, we’re also anticipating more official info about Samsung’s upcoming 13.3-inch tablet that is about to enter the competition with its giant display. Stay tuned.
