Renders purportedly show the design of the Galaxy S23 Ultra
It didn’t take long for the Galaxy S23 Ultra to join in the party and share a few CAD renders of its purported external design. We knew it was only a matter of time until the Galaxy S23 Ultra will do the same and appear online in a series of renders after the basic and Plus Galaxy S23 models were revealed in renders yesterday.
A number of fresh renderings have surfaced to show what the next Galaxy S23 Ultra’s final appearance may look like. With only slight exceptions—one of which is that the depth sensor and laser autofocus module could not protrude as much next year—the new model maintains the same camera cutout configuration as the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
The radius of the phone’s edge curvature is another design distinction. The Galaxy S23 Ultra’s side edges are flatter, which helps update the device’s overall appearance. Additionally, they ought to be easier to hold onto than the rounded Galaxy S22 Ultra edge design.
The Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+, which are meant to be replacing the 2022 versions, are significantly more different in comparison. They have the same design aesthetic as the Ultra model for 2023, which is advantageous for maintaining uniformity.
According to sources, Samsung may seek an early 2023 introduction of the Galaxy S23 series.
