Good news for Twitter Android users, the newest update of the app has arrived. It was announced on their official blog, that over the past few months they’ve made a few adjustments to the app like making it easy to share and edit your photos.
Twitter is one of the leading social media web sites out there, so naturally it’s very popular for mobile devices as well. It’s the best way to connect, express yourself and discover what’s going on in the world. You can also connect with friends and family and even connect with people with similar interests as yours. Besides that you can also express yourself with photos, video and comments.
According to them, now you can crop your photos by selecting an aspect, like a square or wide. You can also rotate your image before sharing it in order to make sure the image size is appropriate for Twitter. When you upload a photo of people you will be given the reminded to put an @ mention for your friends, so they can see the photo as well. This is the same concept as tagging them on Facebook, the picture will show up on their feed.
Not only that, but with this update you will be able to find out about events easier and trends that people are talking about as they are happening right that second. If you pull down on your home timeline to refresh it and there are no new tweets to load, you may see recommended ones, trending topics and suggestions for new people to follow and befriend.
