New rumors reveal the launch date for Moto Maker in Veirzon
The Moto Maker tool is one of the innovative options for customization introduced by Motorola that makes Moto X so unique and special. When the high-end smartphone was released in August, the only carrier that could provide the service for Moto Maker was AT&T and the company did not miss to highlight this advantage. Back then, Verizon also promised to its customers that it will offer the special tool later in the year. We haven’t heard much on this topic since then.
Now we finally get more information about the plans of Verizon thanks to a leak revealed by @evleaks. The tipster tweeted a probable date for the launching of Moto Maker in Verizon, 11th of November. This date is in tune with the promise by the carrier to announce the innovative tool for customization “later in the year.” @evleaks is well known as a reliable source of information in the mobile world. The leak seems believable and if it really turns out to be true, it will give the anticipated possibility for Verizon’s customers to have the Moto X they want. How does the tool for customization work? It gives the option to customers to choose colors of the front and back panels as well as of the camera ring and the power buttons. They can also get color-matched headphones to fit the style of Moto X perfectly.
Moto Maker is unique tool. It is part of the whole concept of Motorola for the flagship to allow to users to design the phone themselves. When the company announced the features of the tool many fans of Moto X were rather excited to try it on. However until now, it was only available at AT&T. Hopefully this will change soon, after just a month when Moto Maker will start working in Verizon. Have you had the chance to try on the tool? Is it important to you to have a customized smartphone?
