New leak reveals colorful options for the backplate cover of Moto X
The upcoming new device by Motorola and Google, Moto X already draws attention even if it is not released officially yet. In fact, both companies keep in mystery everything around the handset. All we know is mostly from leaks and rumors. Motorola brings some light on the appearance of the new smartphone via the new sign-up page of the company.
A leak with a photo of the backplate covers of Moto X has recently surfaced on the internet showing the backplate covers of the smartphone in unique bright colors. Forget about the most widely chosen colors for the handsets today, like white, grey and black. There is a good chance that Moto X will be offered in the classic colors but according to the leak with pictures, users can choose a much more extraordinary option for their device if they want to bring some color in their days. The depicted covers are in red, purple and teal – all bright and vivid.
According to Motorola, Moto X will be packed with rich abundance of customizable options. The recent leak evokes some questions, like, will customers be able to choose the color variant thatthey want when ordering the smartphone or can they buy additional covers with the colors they like? With other words – will the back covers be removable and if that is true, what about the battery?
Sources from ABC News have revealed more information about the customizable options in Moto X, like custom colors, engravings, color themes, custom wallpapers etc. the sources also claim that the handset will run on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean (yes, we are a bit disappointed too that it is not Android 4.3). The display of the phone will be 4.7-inch with a resolution of 720p. Moto X will arrive with a Snapdragon processor under the hood and 2GB RAM. Rumors say that the multicolor options will be provided for the 16GB version of Moto X. We are so eager to know the official launch date of the device. What about you?
