LG makes the white Google Nexus 4 official
LG, the Korean smartphone manufacturer has finally made the white edition of the Google Nexus 4 official. After a series of leaks hitting the web in the past few weeks, yesterday the device with stock Android version was spotted in India. Now, in the official press release LG sets the official launch date of the device for May 29 in Hong Kong. The smartphone developed in collaboration with Google will be rolling out in other countries in Asia, Europe, America and the Middle East in the following weeks.
The white edition of the Nexus 4 has the same specifications as the black model and we think the price level will remain the same, even though the Nexus 4 has already been spotted in India at a slightly higher price of $465, compared with $450 for the black version. Despite all the rumors saying the device would come with a new Android 4.3 Jelly Bean version, the version is still the same as the first edition – Android 4.2. Let’s remind you that LG features also all popular Google services for an outstanding user experience.
The white Google Nexus 4 comes also with an 8 megapixel main camera and build-in storage of 8 GB and 2 GB of RAM. With its 4.7 1280 x 768p screen with high pixel density and a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro clocked at 1.5 GHz the device surely delivers something it is worth have a look at. And while we are waiting for tomorrow, it seems that this would be the last LG Nexus since LG confirmed that it’s going to focus on own LG branded devices. Of course, anything may happen in the near future, but the chance of seeing the Nexus to migrate to another manufacturer is increasing.
