Karbonn Titanium S7 pre-orders begin in India
For those of you living in India, the latest mobile phone released by Karbonn could be an interesting option. Dubbed Karbonn Titanium S7, the new smartphone has been just listed for pre-orders and now we can reveal all details we have.
Karbonn Titanium S7 packs a Full HD display that measures 5 inches across diagonals and it features the OGS technology. This model is built around a quad-core processor ticking over at 1.5, while the internal storage is 16 GB. There’s a micro SD slot so you can expand the storage up to 32 GB by adding a cheap micro SD card.
The new Titanium S7 runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and it is equipped with two cameras. At the back, there’s a 13 MP shooter with LED flash, while the 2 MP front facing shooter is suitable for video calls. This smartphone is a dual SIM (GSM + GSM) which is great for the Indian market. Other innards like RAM, chipset and battery haven’t been specified. Even though the phone is not official yet, it is already listed at Flipkart for Rs 14999 and can be pre-ordered. According to the listing, the phone will be available before the end of November.
Karbonn Titanium S7 is likely to attract some interest in the home market – India due to its Full HD display, a quad-core processor and an affordable price. As a drawback, the model is not running the latest Android version, which however is not such a big problem. Karbonn is releasing another quad-core smartphone named Karbonn Titanium X which boasts a 1080p screen and a quad-core processor. Both devices are quite similar in terms of specs, so we will see which one is going to gain more attention on the market.
