Huawei aims to be the Mobile Leader
Huawei’s future plans are to take over Samsung and Apple and become Number One on the mobile market. It is a giant even now – it takes the second place (after Ericsson) in the list of manufacturers of telecom equipment, which means that the functioning of the Internet depends strongly on the company.
The company has all that’s necessary to achieve its goals. To start with, Huawei’s native country is China – the biggest and fastest developing market in the world. Moreover, the company has already started its campaign. It’s not just throwing out products and depending on good luck to get them sold. A company with resources like Huawei keeps everything under control and attentive planning.
For example, the mobile devices produced by the company are responsibility of Huawei Devices – a department, led by a wise young and ambitious young man – Wan Biao. When asked whether he really thinks Huawei capable of competing with Samsung and Apple, his answer made it clear that Huawei will be Number One, no matter which will be the other two companies.
Biao added that the company is in the process of renovating and hopes to clear its name with the help of the customers. Huawei can’t bid on government contracts in the USA, Australia and New Zealand as it is accused to help the Chinese government collect information from foreign entities.
Biao says that Huawei is ready to fight Apple in the summer. The company is preparing a new flagship high-end device and its aim is to compete with Apple’s iPhone 5. Moreover, the company has a team of 10 thousand research and development engineers and 45 thousand software engineers ready to compete with Samsung on all levels. But…we shall see what we shall see.
