Cat B100 is a typical durable handset. It employs a rubberized casing so it can withstand a fall from 6 feet. Like any other similar device, the Cat has an industrial design, quite in line with Cat’s other products such as tractors and forklifts. There are large and rubberized buttons up front allowing you to use the phone with heavy gloves. The body measures 123 x 56 x 17.5 mm and weighs 136 grams. Cat B100 is IP67 certified which means it is dust and water proof. It can be submerged in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes and work on extreme temperatures ranging from minus 25 C to +55 C. There is an 1150 mAh battery giving you up to 10 hours talk time, or 23 days standby. Nothing impressive can be found inside, as the phone has a rather small 2.2 inch screen with a resolution of just 240 x 320 pixels. It comes with 128 MB of internal storage and a 3 MP rear-facing camera. Cat B100 supports 3G and has A-GPS support. The processor is Mediatek MT6276W supported by 64 MB of RAM. Cat B100 has also a microSD slot, allowing you to add up to 32 GB to the inbuilt storage. |
