BlackBerry Z10 at price zero at Best Buy
Only few days ago we shared with you the news for the drastic cut down of the price for BlackBerry Z10 at BestBuy. The reason that BlackBerry announced for lowering the prices of the device was defined as “part of the life cycle management.” The Canadian manufacturer is planning to launch its new high-end smartphone BlackBerry A10 at the end of the year. Therefore, many believe that the discounted price for Z10 is part of the strategy for clearing of space for the upcoming flagship.
The news for the new prices was welcomed by fans of BlackBerry who were planning to buy the model. The latest news about the handset reveals that BlackBerry Z10 of AT&T can be purchased for zero dollars at BestBuy with a contract with the carrier. The other mobile operators offer Z10 for $49 at Verizon and for $199 at T-Mobile.
The latest models smartphones that run on BlackBerry 10 OS could not achieve great numbers in sells. The company announced that the lowering of the price is part of the normal lifecycle of the modern handsets; however it still seems as a drastic cut down in the price for the relatively new device. Just few months ago, Z10 was selling for $199.
BlackBerry A10 is expected to hit the markets in November. The new model smartphone is an object of rumors and speculations about the package of specs it will boast. According to recent leaks of A10, it will arrive with 5-inch display with a resolution of 720x1280p. It will run on BlackBerry 10.2 OS. The phone will work with dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960 Pro CPU with 2 GB of RAM.
Will A10 be able to return the fame to BlackBerry and the interest of mobile users? We will know after November. Meantime, enjoy the new offer for the zero price of Z10 which is in fact pretty decent device.
