Aston Martin is launching a luxury Android smartphone – the Aston Martin Aspire. Premium finish, available in black, white, silver, gold and rose gold colors, all with a high-class 24K gold plating, placed in a huge leather box, and in addition, a leater pouch, a special Aston Martin headset and a charger. Posh! A true de-lux piece that would perfectly match your Aston Martin car!
Apart from its attractive appearance, the device itself does not however impress with some amazing specs. It offers a 3.2-inch HVGA display and is powered by a single-core 800MHz processor, a 5MP camera plus a VGA front facing one, 256MP RAM, 512MB ROM and a microSD slot, a connectivity package with the usual 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth quartet, and the Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread OS.
There is no information on the phone’s manufacturer, but it is highly possible that it is Acer’s creation.
All color versions, but the black one ($1290), cost $1590. If you find the device’s specifications enough, and are rather after a ‘show-off’ appearance for your smartphone, now you have it!
