Angry Birds Toons – why so angry, birds?
Angry Birds will soon be presented in cartoon series by Rovio
It seems that the moment has come – the moment to find out why the birds are angry. Rovio, the company behind the popular smartphone game, is starting an animation, based on it. The cartoon will show us the world of the characters in the game and may give answer to the question ‘Why the birds are angry?
In fact, Rovio has put up a website specifically designed for the cartoons. There you will be able to watch the premiers of the first episodes on March 16th and 17th. In fact, there is a trailer, but it is a bit messy and we don’t understand why Bomb bird is so angry all the time, nor why King Pig is a king.
Just imagine that everything – the different versions of the game, the computer games, all the items with birds on them (including headsets and flash memories) – everything started just from one iOS app. We are happy now to see the Toons and there is a good news – Rovio hasn’t announced how long will the series be broadcasted. So, we may be seeing the beginning of a new series with numerous episodes – just like the versions of the game.
Let’s hope that the series will be as entertaining as the game and will give us some answers. And, of course, cross fingers for the pigs not to reach the eggs!
