Android 4.1 now available for Droid Razr HD and Razr Maxx HD
As promised, Motorola has started rolling out the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for its Droid Razr HD and Razr Maxx HD. Owners of either of these Motorola handsets should begin receiving notifications of the availability of an over-the-air update either today or over the next few days. And just in case you don’t receive an automatic message, you can always check about the update availability from the Menu of your device.
The update to Jelly Bean brings access to Google Now, Google’s Siri-like digital assistant that provides real-time information on traffic, weather, and more. It also brings improved voice search that can give localized information and supports 34 languages. Improved notifications are also included, where users can interact through gestures.
