First LTE-equipped 4th-gen iPads
The Wi-Fi only version of the fourth-generation iPad hit store shelves alongside the iPad mini in early November. Later, Apple released also the cellular enabled 9.7-inch tablet – the LTE-capable iPad mini and in fact customers are to expect delivery on Friday, while the iPad mini Wi-Fi + Cellular also began shipping earlier on Tuesday.
Over the first weekend of sales, more than 3 million copies of the Wi-Fi only iPad models were sold. The new full-size iPad sold out of launch day stock in four days.
