iPhone 5 pre-orders launched
As promised at the iPhone 5 announcement event, Apple has made the device available for pre-order from its website today.
USA Verzion and AT&T also have the smartphone available directly. Initially, only users from US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, France, and Germany will be able to make a pre-order, but many other countries are to follow once the iPhone 5 is released.
It has been however reported that due to the huge demand, stock is running lowin many regions, and that explains why the major Canadian carriers, for example, have already stopped taking pre-orders.
