Sony Xperia Z2 and Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet were unveiled at MWC 2014. The full sheets of specs of the devices are already known. Now is time to learn more about the availability and the price of the new flagship and the most advanced slate announced by the Japanese manufacturer.
The first retailer that offers the Xperia Z2 is Sony itself. The high-end smartphone is up-for-pre-orders from the online store of the company – HERE. The shipping time for the flagship is in April. The phone will be released globally. Among the first markets that will launch Xperia Z2 are the countries in Europe and the US.
In the UK, the smartphone arrives at Clove UK. The retailer offers the model for pre-orders at slightly lower price than the expected £600 (€730) for the unlocked device. You can buy it in adance for £564 – HERE. Keep in mind that the merchant is making the hint that the final price might be changed. The pre-ordered Xperia Z2 will be shipping in April.
The phone will be released in Poland for PLN 2,800 (€675), Sweden, for the high SEK 6,000 – €810 and the Netherlands, available at €650. The costs for the model in Spain, France and Italy are €700. For now the lowest price in Europe is announced in the official website of Sony Germany – €600.
Sony Xperia Z2 will land in the US market soon after that. The carrier that has already confirmed that it will launch the model is T-Mobile, for the price of $600.
The high-end 10.1-inch Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is also ready for pre-orders. It follows a similar path for launching as the flagship. The slate will hit the markets in April. The Clove UK offers the Wi-Fi 16GB variant for £500 (€610) – HERE. The official online Sony store has listed the model at the same price. It can be pre-ordered in retailers in the Netherlands and France for €630. Retailers in Spain offer it for €700. In Sweden the Xperia Z2 Tablet can pre-ordered for €670 (SEK 5 995,00). For now the cheapest price for the model is announced in Germany – €500.
