AT&T offers Nokia Lumia 1520 for pre-orders for $99.99 on a contract
The official launching of the high-end phable Nokia Lumia 1520 is just around the corner and we already have good news to share with the future owners of the device – it comes at lower price than the firstly announced by AT&T. The large-sized smartphone is available for pre-orders by the US carrier AT&T since the last week. Currently the new phablet can be pre-ordered from Microsoft Store for the price of $199 with two-year signed contract. As part of the deal customers are getting a voucher for $70 for apps and the Halo: Spartan Assault for free. The carrier AT&T includes in the deal for Lumia 1520 a voucher for apps worth $20, a copy of Spartan Assault and 50GB cloud storage that owners of the phone can use on AT&T Locker. This is what we knew when the phone was announced for pre-orders. Now it seems that AT&T has cut down the price for the phablet to $99.99 with a two-year contract. Customers can choose amongst all the color variants for the device, including yellow, white, black and red. The source of the information is the official web store of AT&T, so if you are eager to pre-order the device with the new lower price, don’t wait too long. The price of the Lumia 1520 off-contract is $584.99. It can be pre-ordered right now, right HERE.
The launch date of the phablet is scheduled for 22nd of November. Lumia 1520 is the first high-end smartphone with large display that runs on the latest version of Windows Phone 8.1 GDR3. It boasts a 6-inches LCD display. The resolution of the screen is 1920x1080p. It is powered by a quad-core processor with Snapdragon 800 chip, clocked at 2.2GHz and paired with 2GB RAM. Among the most impressive features of Lumia 1520 is the 20MP PureView camera on the rare panel with great OIS.
Not long ago AT&T cut down the price of the earlier released camera-phone Nokia Lumia 1020 with $100. This time it is surprising that the carrier decreases the price of Lumia 1520 before its official launching.
