Apple is planning a big event for September 10, rumors say
The past weeks were full of leaks and rumors about the upcoming new devices by Apple, the refreshed version of its flagship – Apple iPhone 5S and the low-priced Apple iPhone 5C dressed in plastic shell. We all have heard the predictions that the big event (or events) will happen sometime in September. Now we got more information that reveals the exact date when Apple will introduce the additions to the mobile world – 10th of September. Rumors are not confirmed by the company yet. The source of the information comes from the famous website AllThingsD.
What are the expectations for the big event of the mobile giant? First, it is hinted that the company will release the next version of Max OS X that we know as Mavericks. The star of the event will be the improved version of iPhone 5 that will probably arrive with the name iPhone 5S if Apple follows its path for naming the refreshed models. It will bring some improvements to the handset, like a better camera with dual-LED flash etc.
The other highlight of the event is the anticipated and discussed low-cost version of iPhone. The popular name for the expected device is iPhone 5C probably inspired by the colorful shells that will “dress” the new device. It will sport a sleek body made of plastic which is something completely new for Apple. The handset will be distributed mainly on developing markets to satisfy the demand for a high quality mid-range smartphone. It will boast similar specs to iPhone 5 and will provide a fulfilling user experience for its owners.
According to rumors the new handsets will work over the new update iOS 7 which is also expected to be launched in September. The company has released 5 beta versions since the WWDC conference. If rumors turn out to be true we will see only one more beta until the official launching of the new build. Apple has not confirmed the date for the event yet, so we will wait and see.
