ZTE Grand X2 with 2GHz Intel Atom processor and 8MP camera available in Q3
ZTE yesterday introduced its new flagship phone ZTE Grand X2 with Intel’s new Clover Trail+ platform. During the conference in Monaco, ZTE revealed many details about the upcoming device and the collaboration with Intel, as their strategic partner. The Grand X2 will be the first phone to feature Intel Inside processor which will be released in Europe, and that is a main part of the company’s strategy for increasing its market share with delivering high-quality handsets.
Let’s have a closer look at the specifications available. One of the most important points here is the logo – Intel Inside or the powerful dual-core Intel Atom Z2580 processor clocked at 2 GHz running on Android Jelly Bean operating system. The processor ensures instant performance, faster load of apps and webpages and outstanding graphic capabilities. The ZTE Grand X2 includes an 8- megapixel main camera which is one of the fastest available on the market – it is capable of up to 24 frames per second, and has a real-time 2x stabilization. The socially smart camera with no shooting lag ensures high quality pictures despite the condition outside, and it is surely one of the most attractive features in the device.
ZTE Grand X2 has a 4.5-inch HD display with and ISP technology for preventing the picture distortion. The display screen is slim enough with its 0.7mm thickness and allows even more compact body design. Additionally, the handset includes build-in Audio enhancement and Wireless display technologies. Finally, the ZTE Grand X2 packs a 2000 mAh battery and it has an 8 GB of internal memory, expandable up to 32 with a microSD card. You can expect the new device to arrive at some key providers and channel partners sometime in Q3.
