YouTube problems for the users of BlackBerry OS 7 and 7.1
Maybe a lot of you have already heard the problems BlackBerry users experienced with their smartphones. It seems that they are not for all owners of BlackBerry phones, however, but only for the users of BlackBerry OS versions 7 and 7.1. Owners of other smartphones, different from BB have also complained about the service, but the number is not significant, which hints that the issue is in the before mentioned versions of the OS.The experts from Google still have to investigate to find what the problem is, though the users are reporting a change in the way the videos are shown. In fact, the problem is that they see the videos but are unable to play them – frustrating, right?
Maybe this is a new piece of evidence that BlackBerry system has quite a lot of drawbacks. As you know, in contrast to the users of Android and iOS, most of the BlackBerry users do not have a native YouTube client designed specifically for their system. They have only a link on their home screen and it directs to the mobile version of YouTube, where, according to some people, the problem is hiding. Much of discussion has already started around the Internet an
d users are trying to help Google by reporting their ‘symptoms’. It’s not sure when the company will come out with a fix, but let’s hope it won’t take long.
