What CPU will Samsung Galaxy Note 3 employ
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be released soon – in fact, we may expect it hit the market at any point this summer between July and September. Now some specifications of the device are already known and others are yet to be determined. There are some mysteries, of course – this is Samsung after all, but one of the things that is occupying the minds of the customers is what the processor of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be.
Most experts and analyst predict that Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will come out with an Exynos 5 Octa processor. Yes, the same that can be found in some units of the best phone in the world – Samsung Galaxy S4. However, there are some people that expect Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to come out with Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 or 800. Their expectations are based on tips from insiders, some leaks and the fact that a lot of people regard the not-yet-existent HTC T6 as a possible rival of the Samsung phablet. According to the rumours, HTC T6 will employ Qualcomm Snapdragon 800, a processor that hasn’t been used in any device yet.
In the video below the article you will see benchmark tests of Samsung Galaxy S4 with Exynos 5 Octa and the same phone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 600. It is very interesting to see the impact of the processors on the build of the device as a whole. It is possible for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to come out in two different versions sporting different processors, just like Samsung Galaxy S4.
Surely, whichever of these two process finds place in Samsung Galaxy Note 3, the users will be satisfied and the performance will be great. Which one do you prefer? To conclude with, some people expect Samsung to announce Samsung Galaxy Note 3 at their press event in London on June 20. This, according to us, is highly unlikely, especially having in mind the grand ceremony held for the announcement of Samsung Galaxy S4.
