The Panono Panoramic Ball Camera project surpassed its initial funding goal
The pledge amounts for the Panono camera began at $499 and will cost depending on its options
Since the Indiegogo campaign has started back in mid-November last year, it seems to have exceeded its funding goal as the Panono Panoramic Ball Camera project has so far received more than it needed in order to get ready for action. In fact, the campaign still has few days to go to top the amount it already has so far, that is $969,768 in comparison to their initial goal of $900 000. In a quick reminder, the Panono Panoramic Ball Camera is a splendid innovative gadget that, as the title suggests, represents a throwable panoramic ball camera that is enabled to capture everything in every direction for 108 megapixels, 360° X 360° full- spherical images.
The innovative tech is the next step in the evolution of cameras for taking panoramic images and it seems really amazing- you can simply prop it up with a stick or a tall tripod or you can throw it up. No matter what way you chose to use the ball camera, the result is the same –once the ball reaches its highest point in the air, you’ll get a splendid 108-megapixel image and a view from every angle.
The pledge amounts for the Panono camera began at $499 and will cost depending on what options or price you prefer. Regardless of the campaign for this project to be quite recent, it actually began a few years ago and many people actually thought the ball camera was unlikely to pass the prototype stage. Now the only thing that is left for the folks who backed up the Panono project (alongside with the ones who didn’t) is to wait for it to come out and hit the stores.
