Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 hits selected stores in the UK market
If you don’t want to wait for the LTE-enabled model, get some £649 ready and go straight to the nearest store
Officially introduced during CES last month, world’s largest Android tablet Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 arrives in two variants in terms of connectivity- Wi-Fi and LTE-enabled. On the last day of January, the Wi-Fi variant of the high-end device hit the pre-order state in the official Samsung website in the UK. As the page promised, the shipping began on February 4 in two color options- black and white. Today it appears that the slate expands its availability for the UK users, as it’s now set up for trying out and purchasing in selected stores across the island. Those include Carphone Warehouse, John Lewis, as well as Samsung Experience Store in Westfield Stratford City. Unfortunately, we still talk only about the Wi-Fi variant of the device, so if you don’t want to wait for the LTE-enabled model, get some £649 ready and go straight to the nearest store.
The Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 is equipped with 12.2-inches Super Clear LCD screen with the resolution of 2560×1600 pixels and under the hood it operates with an octa-core processor consisted of a quad-core CPU at 1.9GHz and a quad-core CPU cloaked at 1.3GHz. The slate is running the latest Android 4.4 KitKat and it offers 32/64GB built in storage. The camera set of the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 includes an 8-megapixel snapper on the rare side paired with a 2-megapixel front facing shooter for video calls and selfies. Along with all the dazzling specs, the slate is fuelled by a powerful 9500mAh battery. Like the other devices from the Galaxy Note crew, the tablet also comes with the S Pen stylus and a dedicated multitasking button instead of the menu one.
The tablet is soon to hit other markets in Europe as well, so stay tuned for more updates.
