OPPO’s Find N2 Flip Debuts in International Markets
The Find X2 Flip from OPPO is the latest addition to the foldable smartphone family, and its global launch is indicative of the rising popularity of such devices. The N2 Flip has an impressive design, showcasing polished aluminum sides and a glass cover, with a stylish wave pattern across the hinge. It is available in two colors: Astral Black and Moonlit Purple. The main display is a 6.8-inch E6 AMOLED screen that boasts a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and an astonishing 1600 nits of maximum brightness.
The N2 Flip phone offers top-notch performance and power, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset and an impressive 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. This configuration is equivalent to many mid-range laptops when it comes to memory and storage power. Additionally, the phone will come with Android 13 and OPPO’s ColorOS 13, giving users access to OPPO-exclusive apps and software services.
OPPO has unveiled its New Generation Flexion Hinge, which is designed to create a subtler crease when the display is opened and a narrower gap to keep out dust and debris. OPPO has certified the hinge to withstand up to 400,000 folds and unfolds in standard room temperature. Additionally, the N2 Flip comes with OPPO’s FlexForm mode, enabling users to use the phone in different ways such as hands-free photography.
The phone is equipped with a 50MP main camera featuring Sony’s IMX890 sensor, with an f/1.8 lens and the ability to record 4K video. Additionally, there is an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 32MP Sony IMX709 selfie camera for video calls. OPPO has also included their MariSilicon X imaging NPU to optimize performance in low-light conditions.
Moreover, OPPO has collaborated with renowned camera manufacturer Hasselblad to develop its camera system. This system is packed with a range of software features such as professional-level colors, an extensive Professional Mode, and its unique XPAN mode that can capture and save wide, cinematic frames.
