One hour to Samsung Galaxy S4 announcement
Yes, the time has come for the special press event held by Samsung in New York that we wrote so much about. In just an hour we will see the new flagship of the Korean company – Samsung Galaxy S4, which will surely turn the mobile world over. It is doubtful whether there will be a lot of surprises when the time comes (7 pm New York time). In fact, the event may turn in something like the odd one out, as there were quite a lot of rumours and leaks about Samsung Galaxy S4 this week. In fact, the device was kept in secret almost till the end, but when the time came for the Korean giant to send off samples and developer versions to various carriers and partners, images, videos and information leaked from several sources, most important of which were China and Israel.
What we learnt from the leaks – Samsung Galaxy S4 will resemble Samsung Galaxy S3 in design. It will come either with Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 or Exynos 5 Octa processor, or maybe the version will depend on the area where the device is sold. What’s more, Samsung Galaxy S4 will employ a Green PHOLED display technology, the main camera will be 13MP and the front camera will detect your eyes movement in order to perform Smart Scroll, Smart Pause and Smart Rotate (the first one will scroll your content automatically if it detects that you are looking down, the second one will pause your video if you turn your eyes away and the third will rotate the screen depending on the angle you are viewing it from).
