Nexus 5 with more specs revealed in a new leak
New leak about the Nexus 5 brings more light about the upcoming device by Google. The source of information is the site Myce.com and AndroidWorld.it. They explored thoroughly nearly 133 thousands lines of a log for Nexus 5 and finally we get confirmation of some of its specs. The new Google smartphone is coming with 5-inches screen. To be more exact the display measures 4.97-inches. It will boast a resolution of 1080 pixels which makes pixel density of 442ppi. The body of the phone is 131.9mm long and 68.2mm in width. Under the hood of Google Nexus 5 will work Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB RAM on board. Users will enjoy 16GB storage assured in the phone. Google can release different variants of the phone with more or less internal memory.
Nexus 5 will run on Android 4.4 KitKat OS. The exact version of the platform is KRS74H for those of you that want to know more details. The smartphone will be equipped with 8MP camera. There will be front-facing shooter with 1.2MP, according to the leak. In terms of connectivity Google Nexus 5 will support dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS navigation, NFC and Bluetooth. The devices spotted in the leak supports the LTE bands in the US. We are sure that there will be a version of the phone compatible for the European bands as well.
Among the extras of the device will be the wireless charging. We have this information from other leaks for the phone. From the FCC documentation when Nexus 5 was spotted not long ago we know that it will feature a 2300mAh battery. In addition, the device will be equipped with accelerometer, gyroscope, light sensor, barometer and magnometer.
