The new Framily Plan arrives at Sprint
The Framily plan will arrive at Sprint on January 10 at the carrier’s stores and third-party dealers
Sprint went ahead of the other carriers this year by announcing its Framily Plan that will allow you and your family to save some real cash on your monthly bill. Basically, this is how it works: once you get on board with the new plan, you alone will have to pay $55 per month. For every other member of your ‘framily’, or a friend who joins your party, the monthly payment drops by $5 for the whole payment. The plan allows a party of up to seven people, which means that if you get six more folks on board, you’ll have to pay just $25 per month. The plan features unlimited talk and text messages as well as 1GB of data. In case 1GB isn’t enough for you, you can cap the same Framily plan with unlimited data for $20 more per month.
The Framily plan will arrive at Sprint on January 10 at the carrier’s stores and third-party dealers. You can get on board with the new offer if you show up with your unsubsidized compatible phone or buy one on the spot, or in case you use Sprint’s One Up program.
To participate, customers simply purchase an eligible wireless phone at full retail price or through the Sprint Easy PaySM program and pay in 24 monthly payments. Customers also can activate an existing Sprint phone.
New customers will be given a unique Framily ID, at which point they can invite friends and family outside of Sprint to join their group. Or, new customers can easily join an existing Sprint Framily group within 14 days of account activation.
