More Samsung Galaxy Premier images leak
We have already seen a few leaked photos of the Samsung Galaxy Premier. We’ve also managed to find the device on AnTuTu giving us a clue of the TI OMAP4470 present. We still aren’t sure where or when the GT-I9260 will appear, but it seems to be a mid-ranger, intended for those who don’t need all of the goodies on the Samsung Galaxy S III or the Samsung GALAXY Note II.
Now, we’ve also come across a series of four pictures, which you will find below, that came after the Samsung Galaxy Premier’s recent visit to the NCC in Taiwan. That hints that the Samsung Galaxy Premier should be soon ready to launch, at least in Taiwan.
There is some speculation that the phone is going be offered in Europe and Asia, and will be priced at about 480 EUR ($620 USD). The Samsung Galaxy Premier is coming to the market with a 4.65 inch WVGA display, although there is some belief that the screen could be HD which would mean at least 720p. A dual-core 1.5GHz TI OMAP4470 processor would again be complemented by the PowerVR SGX 544 GPU. 1GB of RAM is on board along with 16GB of native storage expandable by a microSD card. There is an 8MP camera in back and a 1.3MP shooter up front. Android 4.1.1 is installed.
In its design, the Samsung Galaxy Premier is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S III, at least in front, so you might be able to get away with telling all your friends and family that the phone in your hand is the flagship Android model when it really is the Samsung Galaxy Premier.
