More info for HTC One Mini revealed by benchmark tests
HTC One Mini or as it is known – M4, is expected to be launched in a few months. It is one of the most anticipated devices by HTC fans and arrives to compete against the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini which was introduced to the audience several weeks ago. HTC One Mini is a relatively small-sized handset – a smaller version of the main star of HTC – HTC One.
Recently we got the chance to learn more details about the specs of the new device. The information comes from benchmark tests posted at GFXBench. According to the results, M4 works with a fast quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (Cortex A7) processor, clocked at 1.4 GHz and supported by an Adreno 305 GPU. The handset will be armored with a 4.3-inch screen (who would believe that this size of display would be chosen for a small version of a smartphone…). The resolution of the display is 1280×720 pixels. The pixel density of the screen is 342ppi. The confirmed details include information for the platform that HTC One Mini will run on – Android 4.2.2, enriched by Sense 5 – the original HTC interface.
Rumors for HTC One Mini keep appearing on the internet in the latest months, therefore, even though we don’t have confirmation for the all the specs, we have a good idea about what M4 will have to offer. The handset will probably arrive with a 4MP UltraPixel rare camera. It is expected to work with 2 GB of RAM and to assure 16 GB internal memory. The device will support the most widely used features for connectivity, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. It will be enriched with the BeatsAudio & BoomSound features by HTC.
The latest leak with the benchmark tests complete the picture of what HTC One Mini will be like. The official release of the device is expected to happen sometime in Q3 of the year. A lot of mobile users predict that the launching of M4 will be followed by the release of another anticipated device by HTC – HTC One Max (T6).
