Marvel Run Jump Smash game available for Android
The game features a variety of miniature 2D superheroes from the most famous and iconic comic books
Who doesn’t love superheroes? It’s no secret that these past few years, the Marvel studios have been releasing some pretty good and successful movies with their Avengers franchise. For fans of the comic book character, there is now a game for Android called Marvel Jump Smash.
It’s your basic Temple Run/endless running game clone, but made way more fun, because you get to save the day with Marvel’s most iconic heroes. You get to fly with Icon Man, or smash as The Incredible Hulk, run and jump with Captain America or just plain beat up some bad guys as Super Spy Black Widow.
There is also the option of unlocking additional characters such as your friendly neighborhood Spider Man, with whom you can swing through buildings, the mighty God of Thunder Thor and his lightning, the arrow shooting super spy Hawkeye and even Captain Marvel.
The objective is to run, dodge obstacles along your way and fight with super villains like Loki, in order to progress as far as you can. You can increase your score by switching between characters and activating their own unique Special Attack. On the run you get to collect coins and all kinds of boosters and then buy power-ups to help you boost your distance and score. This can happen also by upgrading your characters.
The stages of the game are in different iconic Marvel locations, where you can also compete against your friends to gain the top leaderboard position.
According to sources, the game has a surprising amount of depth beneath the cutesy 2D exterior of tiny computerized superheroes.
Marvel Run Jump Smash was last updated to version 1.0.1 on January 30th, 2014. Its size is 41MB and it required Android 2.3.3 and up. You can download the game for a reasonable price from the Google Play Store HERE.
