The low-end Samsung Garda leaked, arrives at T-Mobile
Samsung Garda, as yet unannounced entry level smartphone has appeared online. Samsung Garda SGH-T399 has leaked in a picture that comes from @evleaks. The picture’s uniqueness is not confirmed, but @evleaks is probably the most accurate and reliable source of information about new products.
If you think about Samsung’s new offerings, its clear the Korean OEM bet on the high-end models, which is not unexpected because the holiday season is approaching soon. As you know, this is the right time for all smartphone manufacturers make some profit. Around X-mass and New Year, many consumers want to change their old devices and the sales usually skyrocket. Of course, not all of us are able to spend a huge amount of money and buy the latest device. That’s why the budget friendly devices are very important part of any company’s portfolio. In some countries, these models even outsell the more advanced phones.
Samsung Garda would be a logical, not unexpected device from the company. On the ever expanding market, there is still a place for more affordable smartphones. So, @evleaks has shown the picture of this, yet to be unveiled device. At the same time, the benchmark GFX has revealed some of the specs for the phone. Samsung Garda (SGH-T399) is likely to have an 800 x 400p display, 1.4 GHz processor and Mali 400 graphics. The operating system is tipped to be Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
The pictures supplied by @evleaks suggest that Samsung Garda will arrive at T-Mobile in the US, but there could be even more carriers to offer the device. The picture displays Friday October 18, so this could be an indication that the phone may be unveiled next week.
