LG Optimus F5 debuts today in France
The new mid – range phone Optimus F5 has been released on the market. Unveiled a couple of months ago, now the handset can be purchased in France. In the coming weeks you can expect the device to hit other markets like the US, Central and South America. Being a mid- range phone by 2013 standards, LG Optimus F5 is designed for people who want to enjoy the higher speeds of 4G LTE at a normal price. This is a part of LG’s new strategy to make more affordable, but at the same time high- quality phones with enhanced user experience features.
Powered by a dual – core Qualcomm processor, clocked at 1.2 Ghz, Optimus 5 runs Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and has 1 GB of RAM. It has a 4.3 – inch 256 ppi display offering clear images. The battery has a capacity of 2,150mAh and it is designed to last longer, despite its average size. The device has the following dimensions 126.04 x 64.46 x 9.30 mm and it has an internal storage of 8 GB. If you feel that it is not enough you have a microSD slot and you can expand the storage up to 32 GB. LG Optimus F5 has a 5- megapixel main and 1.3 – megapixel rear camera.
You can enjoy also plenty of exclusive features. With QSlide you can open multiple apps at the same time, and you can customize the position, size and transparency of the windows. Live Zooming lets you to zoom any video for closer and more detailed look at some details. Video Wiz allows you edit movies, add sound and music and enhance the video clips, directly on your phone. Qtranslator is the most attractive for us. Using the camera you can scan words, phrases or whole sentences on 44 different languages and got them translated into any one of 64 languages.
