If you have been following the smartphone market and you are really looking for a device to buy a high-end device in the coming few months your choice looks like it is going to be hard because there are a lot of models that crave for your attention. The LG G2 is on the top positions of a lot of people’s wish to buy list and the UK pre-orders show the date of release and the price of the handset.
Almost a week has passed since the announcement of the LG G2 and although a lot of carriers announced they will have the device in stock nobody hinted at the exact time when that will happen or pricing options. Since then we have heard rumors about the possible price in Europe and one of the UK retailers puts the handset down for release in October.
The online retailer called Clove put the device up for pre-order at 468 pounds price which includes VAT for the 16 GB type of the handset but it will be available no sooner than September. However, the retailer announces that the date of release and the price are a subject to change due to the fact that they have yet to be approved officially by the manufacturer.
So for now we can check out the specs again. Qualcomm quad core Snapdragon 800 processor that is clocked at 2.2GHz, 5.2-inch Full HD display along with 2GB of RAM running the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS, which by the looks of it should quickly be updated to Android 4.3. 13-meagpixel rear facing camera is also included while around the front is a 2.1-mgeapixel unit which is pretty comfortable for video conversation no matter on what app you are doing them, and supplying the power is a 3,000 mAh battery which falls in the “impressive enough” category.
