LG G2 – soon to be released with leaked image and peculiar design
Oh, come on LG you can do a little better than that keeping your device and its specs secret. I do not mean to hate just saying that the new LG is already half released as we still have to see the hardware specs in details and what kind of Android will it run.
For now you can enjoy the image from @evleaks that we have provided for you or you can go to the source and see it from their twitter account and you will notice something strange. What is that under the camera? Well it is not for covering the camera by sliding for sure. This is your “lock screen” button and volume controls. They are right under the camera, yep. This is a new design decision from LG and they have obviously thought that in this way your device will be much more comfortable to hold and operate on. We will make sure to check that our when the device is officially announced and presented but for now we will hold our comments on that. However, we do think that by not having to cover all width or height of your device to just access basic functions may be beneficial to the whole phone industry.
As we said when it comes to detailed hardware specs things are a lot more uncertain, however, we can offer you what we have got – a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU, a 5.2-inch 1080×1920 display and maybe 3GB of RAM. We are not expecting anything other than Android but we doubt that it will be Android 4.3. However, if it is we will be glad to be wrong.
Overall, all the necessary information about the new device will be found in our website tomorrow when the handset is released in New York and then we can discuss all the things that it offers.
