LG G Pro Lite officially announced with a 5.5-inches display and a stylus
LG officially introduced a new competitor on the phablets’ arena, LG G Pro Lite. The new plus-size smartphone is a modest version of the LG Optimus G Pro. The new device is purposed for developing markets and therefore, it will be available at more affordable prices. G Pro Lite. The new model phone arrives with 5.5-inches display with a resolution of 540×960 pixels which is more modest compared to the high end sibling Optimus G Pro with 1080p screen. Something extra that the new device assures is the stylus that fits perfectly in the slot located on the top side of the phablet. In terms of hardware, G pro Lite is equipped with dual-core MT6577 processor ticking at 1GHz and 1GB RAM. The primary camera of the handset is 8MP on the back of the phone. There is also a front shooter with 1.3MP.
The newly announced smartphone brings 8GB storage on board which is expandable with microSD cards. The battery pf the G Pro Lite is 3140mAh. It supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity. One of the key features of the device is its dual-SIM support. Users will enjoy the easy access to the different SIM cards by switching via a dedicated Hot Key.
LG G Pro Lite runs on Android 4.1.2 OS. It arrived with a variety of apps and capabilities preinstalled on it.
Owners of the phone will have the Quick Memo feature at their disposal, the KnockON feature for quick waking of the display and many more. The new smartphone will be distributed in the Middle East, India, Russia, China and Asia. The price of the handset is still not released, nor is the launch date.
