iPhone 5S lovers with nothing to do have started queueing in front of the Apple Store
If you are keeping track of news and not just tech news but news in general you probably know that Apple is holding an event on September 10th that is highly likely to be the release of iPhone 5S and probably iPhone 5C(the budget version of the device).
However, if you know this there is a high chance for you to know that the sales of the iPhone 5S are not going up at least until September 20th. Assuming you know this information there is one fact that does not make sense – you lining up at the Apple Store right now.
And you would not do it, right? Well, it seems that not everyone is like you and there are some people that are lining up in front of the Apple Store on 5th Ave to wait to buy the iPhone 5S. This is completely out of the blue and does not make any sense whatsoever.
Assuming they really would love to have the first devices and even assuming that Apple will release the iPhone right after announcement it does not make any sense yet to start waiting for the iPhone from the 6th.
If they have jobs they would lose two and a half days of work only to wait for the device to be announced and furthermore until now Apple has never released a device right after announcement. Even if we assume that these…individuals have closer to Apple people that know better it still does not make sense to line-up for a device that you can pre-order and get it delivered.
Besides, there is no way to know for them if they are getting the first 50 iPhone 5s ever of if they are buying the millionth because the route of the first delivery is unknown. Two weeks of camping for Apple device is an idiotic thing to do no matter what the device is.
