iPhone 5 release may lead to a new lawsuit by a Chinese Firm
Apple’s patent battles with Samsung are not over, and Samsung have had a major headache the last few weeks having to pay Apple a staggering $1 billion in restitution. But Samsung appear to be not the only ones in a dispute with Apple. A Chinese company has stepped forward threatening to sue Apple if they release the iPhone 5.
The Chinese tech company is launching their new Goophone I5, built using the leaked specs of the iPhone 5, yet they are to sue Apple for patent infringement.
It is true that there have been many photos, videos and articles online suggesting what the iPhone 5 will look like and what it features will be. It may be that based on these the Chinese firm decided to build a Goophone I5 that comes running the Android operating system that looks a lot like iOS.
