HTC One Mini is official: video, specs, details
HTC One Mini is finally official. Now we can stop speculating on rumors and have a look at the device’s real specs and other details like availability and pricing. The design is pretty similar to what we saw in the leaked renders. Its back is made of aluminum, while the sides and the front are made of polycarbonate. Overall, it looks similar to its big brother HTC One. Now, let’s have a look at the specs.
HTC One Mini has a 4.3-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 and 341ppi. Powered by a dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor at 1.4 GHz with 1 GB of RAM, the One Mini has 16 GB of internal storage. It left us a little bit of disappointment because of no microSD slot and just 4 megapixel camera, the HTC One Mini runs Android 4.2.2 with the Sense 5 skin. Among the other features are: a 1800 mAh battery, LTE support, Bluetooth 4.0 and BoomSound support. The phone measures 132 x 63.2 x 9.25mm in size and weighs 122 grams. If you want to see it, HTC has released a nice promo teaser. Watch the video below:
According to HTC officials, the phone will hit the first markets in August, and it will roll out worldwide in September. HTC One Mini will be available in two colors – Stealth Black and Glacial Silver. The most probable date for a UK launch is August 9, but it needs to be confirmed. The new handset has also appeared in leaked screenshots showing the device running on AT&T’s 4G LTE Network. At the moment, we don’t know the pricing, but more details will likely be unveiled in the coming days.
