HTC One finally with a date to appear on Verizon
The wide majority of the world has been able to get its HTC One version on almost all regions with all the manufacturing mishaps of the company. However, it seems that Verizon Wireless was not able to get it until now. Now the official release date for the Big Red carrier has been confirmed and you can expect the HTC One soon to come and be available with contract. After a lot of failed launches it seems that the the HTC One is finally getting to the carrier and it seems it will be just in time before the official release of Motorola Moto X for AT&T. The Moto will be up on 23rd August while the HTC One is said to come on 22nd August.
Verizon announced the date on their Twitter page and it seems the new HTC One will be available with two-year contract for $199.99 price. After all of this waiting the company recently even released a sign-up page for the latest news on the device and its availability.
However, for the time being there is no information on the special blue color finish that is said to come to the carrier.
It is pretty obvious why the release comes just now. There are several device planned to come in the near future and the announcement of a couple big ones like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and the iPhone 5S and possibly the iPhone 5C so now is the best time to profit from a decent device and a flagship of the HTC company. The question yet still remains will customers decide to buy the newly available HTC or will they wait for the new devices that are about to be announced in the coming month? What is your opinion on this? Are you planning on buying a new quirky smartphone and which one would you prefer?
