Google lowers the price of Nexus 4 by $100
Are you fan of Nexus phones by Google? If yes, you will probably enjoy the news that Google is announcing a rapid price cut for one of its old flagships Google Nexus 4. The successful device won the hearts of audience from the moment it was officially released. It seemed to bring everything users needed at this time, including 3G internet, different connectivity features, nice camera and one of the latest versions of the Android OS.
The only weakness of the handset is the absences of 4G LTE support. The entering price for Nexus 4 was well accepted by customers – less than $300 for unlocked device. The new lower price recently announced by Google decrease the costs for Nexus 4 by $100 and now it can be purchased for $199 (8GB storage) unlocked. It is offered, of course, at Google Play Store. Those for you who want more internal memory can buy the 16GB Nexus 4 unlocked for $249. Google will soon announce the new prices with nearly 25% cut off for the device in Canada, Spain, Australia, Korea, UK, Germany and US.
Those of you who want to use LTE with Nexus 4 can find hacks that enable the devices working on careers. However as always we do not recommend doing anything to your phone that is not officially provide by the manufacturer or the mobile operator.
The cut down in the price comes right in time to give a boast to sells of Nexus 4 before its successor Nexus 5 makes an appearance. It is still not certain which company will be developing the device. The two most rumored manufacturers are Motorola and LG. The launch date of Google Nexus 5 is expected to happen at the end of October or the beginning of November. We will wait and see. There have been several leaks already revealing the concept for the upcoming flagship that build up the anticipation.
