Galaxy S5 specs got confirmed, Galaxy S5 Mini and S5 Zoom also leak online
Both handsets will rock the super AMOLED displays everyone was hoping for
Without a shadow of a doubt Samsung Galaxy S5 is one of the hottest topics around and we can’t help it but trying to learn everything about the upcoming next generation device before its official announcement. Thanks to insiders that are generous enough to give leaks to the folks from Sam Mobile, we not only have the specs of the device leaked and confirmed in full detail but also those of Samsung Galaxy S5 mini and Samsung Galaxy S5 Zoom.
Starting with the most anticipated Galaxy S5, it has been confirmed that the device will arrive in both metal and plastic variants, which pretty much solves the puzzle (we previously thought that the device would enter production in two variants in terms of display or connectivity). In all, the metal variant will wear the price tag of £800 and the plastic one-£650. We can easily make the connection with Apple’s move when the company released a metal Apple iPhone 5S and a plastic Apple iPhone 5C. If the rumors are true, the metallic Galaxy S5 will simply sport a metallic back plate. Both way, there’s still no word if the premium metal variant will be titled Samsung Galaxy F or with another name. We’ll get back to the Galaxy S5 topic later; now let’s proceed with the other two models.
According to the insiders, Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini and Samsung Galaxy S5 Zoom have also been confirmed to launch sometime after the leader of the crew hits the shelves, which means sometime in May and June. Both handsets will rock the super AMOLED displays everyone was hoping for, as the Galaxy S5 Zoom is said to be a 4.8-incher with qHD resolution. Both will be running on the latest Android platform- Android 4.4 KitKat. In addition, Samsung is also getting ready to release yearly upgrades to all Galaxy S Zoom series so we hope for a better design in the upcoming Galaxy S5 Zoom.
