Fresh leak with pictures and more details for the announcement of Nokia Lumia 1520
It seems that every day we will learn a bit more for the upcoming phablet Nokia Lumia 1520. The large-sized device is expected to bring a new user experience for its owners. Only yesterday we shared with you the leak with photos of Lumia 1520 with some information for the device and the prediction that it is ready to arrive in Verizon. Now, thanks to the Chinese website CTechCN.com a new set of pictures draws attention of Lumia’s fans. The sources of the site reveal that the large-sized device is undergoing government testing in China.
The set of leaked photos are considered believable, even though they are not the best quality. The depicted device look a lot like the Nokia Lumia 1520 that we have seen in previous leaks and the render photos awhile ago. The new update Windows Phone 8 GDR3 is also seen on the photos. On the screen we can see a column with Live Tiles, a much anticipated feature in Windows Phone platform. The picture gives a glimpse on the three capacitive buttons located at the bottom of the device. The way they are arranged is also in line with the previous leaks we have seen with photos of Nokia Lumia 1520.
If the pictures are not enough to satisfy your curiosity and anticipation to see the phablet, there are some recently published reports that might do. They bring more information about the announcement of the device. All the rumors until now suggested that the Lumia 1520 will make its first official appearance in September. However, the news coming from @evleaks hints that Nokia might have changed its plans. Originally we all thought that the company will introduce the phone on 26th of September. The new rumored date is 22nd of October. This date makes more sense, because it shortens the gap between the unveiling of Lumia 1520 and its launching. The scheduled event of the company is coming up, so we’ll just wait and see.
